1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 77bp platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the individual using the platform ("User", "you"). These Terms apply to all services, games, bonuses, and financial transactions on the platform.

1.2 Scope of the Platform

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on the 77bp platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.

• Each individual may create only one account.

• Providing false information may result in account closure.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per user is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a user is suspected of operating multiple accounts, 77bp reserves the right to investigate all associated accounts and take the necessary action.

3.1 Verification Process

We may request valid documents for age and identity verification at any time. These documents may include: National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.2 Minor Protection

Preventing minors from using the platform is part of our social responsibility. If an account holder is found to be a minor, that account will be closed immediately and all deposits and earnings in that account may be forfeited.

4.1 Password & Login Credential Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential. Sharing your password or login details with anyone is prohibited. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, you must notify our support team immediately.

4.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling, or granting access to your account to a third party is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

4.3 SSL Encryption

The 77bp platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. However, 77bp accepts limited liability for any loss resulting from cyberattacks or unauthorised access by third parties.

5.1 Deposit Terms

The accepted payment methods for deposits on the 77bp platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Once a deposit is completed, funds are added to your account instantly. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same mobile wallet used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals cannot be made through any method other than bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

5.3 Transaction Limits

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. If this requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once, unless otherwise stated.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or from the same device is prohibited.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• 77bp reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If a bonus is claimed fraudulently, the account may be closed.

6.4 VIP Program

77bp's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can move up to higher tiers through regular play. Weekly cashback is awarded at each tier — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at the Diamond tier. 77bp reserves the right to change VIP benefits and terms.

7.1 List of Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Any attempt to manipulate gaming outcomes.
• Use of bots, automation software, or other unauthorised technology.
• Collusion or match-fixing bets against other members.
• Using multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Conducting transactions using third-party financial accounts.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users of the platform.
• Using the platform's intellectual property or assets without authorisation.

8.1 Ownership & Rights

All content on the 77bp platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software code, and databases — is entirely owned by or properly licensed to 77bp. These assets are protected by copyright law.

8.2 User's Limited Rights

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any content from the platform is prohibited.

9.1 Service Liability

77bp strives to provide the highest quality of service. However, our liability is limited for any loss caused by technical errors, disruptions to third-party payment systems, or internet connectivity issues.

9.2 Gaming Losses
